New Feature Release: CastleGate Inventory Data Integration with Wayfair’s API

We are excited to announce our latest integration with Wayfair’s new API, allowing our clients to directly view CastleGate inventory data on the Synctify dashboard. This integration streamlines inventory visibility, making it easier for suppliers to stay on top of their CastleGate inventory.

How to Access the CastleGate Inventory Data

To view your CastleGate inventory data on the Synctify dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Inventory’ tab.
  2. Select Stock-Level, expand the warehouse list per SKU and the stocks in CastleGate will be displayed following Wayfair CastleGate.

Enabling the Feature

To enable this feature, independent permission from Wayfair is still required. If you are a supplier interested in accessing this data, please contact your account manager at Synctify or reach out to general support, and we will assist you in obtaining the necessary permissions from Wayfair.

Coming Soon: Additional CastleGate Features

While the adjustment and transfer inventory functions within CastleGate are still in Beta on Wayfair’s end, we plan to integrate these features as soon as the APIs become available. This will allow you to:

  • Make inventory adjustments.
  • Transfer stock seamlessly through the Synctify platform.
