EDI
This is the digital version of a bill. The seller sends it to the buyer to request payment for products or services provided. It includes details like item descriptions, quantities, prices, and payment terms.
This is a digital payment notification. The buyer sends it to the seller to inform them that payment has been made. It includes payment details, like the amount and which invoices are being paid.
This message provides information about product availability. Suppliers use it to tell buyers what they have in stock, or buyers use it to check inventory levels.
This is a digital order form that a buyer sends to a seller to request products or services. It includes details like what’s being ordered, how much, and when it should be delivered.
This is a confirmation message from the seller back to the buyer saying, “We got your order!” It lets the buyer know if the order will be fulfilled exactly as requested or if there will be any changes.
